At Esmé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
